Where did we come from? If you believe some, we evolved somewhere in central Africa. We probably behaved much like Chimps or Bonobo's. Some of us seems to have evolved into modern man, others evolved into other separate species like Neanderthal man. They seem to have conquered most of Europe before modern man. We know from their DNA they had white skin and reddish hair. This could mean that Neanderthal is the progenitor of the Caucasian race. The Mazzella family from Naples or Napoli area are White people. We come from Romans and Etruscans. Before that our family seems lost in the mists of time. I would not be surprised if we found the name Mazzella in Roman writings somewhere. We are not pure Italians, though. We are also part Hun and Visigoth and Viking by the invasions suffered in the Middle Ages. The Moors and vandals from Africa who were Black Africans left their DNA behind in Italy and Ponza. Many there have dark skin and African looks. My Father discovered a Mazzella family here in the Bronx who are all African-American!

In the 1840's a huge volcano blew up in the Pacific Ocean generating dust and causing heavy rains in Ireland. This caused the roots to rot and the potato famine, which put an Irish cop in every block in the New York Area. The USA is the Great Melting Pot where Irish marry Italians and we wind up all kinds of weird like the Kennedy family.

If you are looking for any relation to Ireland, you might want to look up the Irish Earl Of Belvedere and find out exactly why he bears an Italian name. Other similar names are Costello.

I know Mazzella's from England. They may exist under the English name Mace or Club or James, but only a DNA test would find any relatives.

Another anomaly is the Irish Wolfhound, the largest Dog on Earth. According to the books, Roman Soldiers and Legions kept these dogs. Somehow they made it to Ireland where the breed was revived. These Dogs are bigger than Great Danes!

There is a place on Ponza called Campo Inglese. The Scotch Guard may have been garrisoned there. Some of the Scotch Guard we of Irish extraction and joined, They may have bred with Italian women and left their DNA behind. Many have Red or Orange hair. It is normal for White Caucasian Italians to have red hair.

Archeologists say they may have found the remains of Roman Forts or colonies in Ireland. The facts are under dispute.

I have come to agree that Lief Ericson discovered America before Columbus. I also now believe that Roman Legions may have explored America and left Roman gold coins in the Ohio River. Remains that are not Native Americans may be Caucasian people from Europe. Kennewick Man came from Japan.

The Olsen family from Sweden, does not understand why they attract lightning. Perhaps their family, being from so close to the North Pole, maybe they are Polarized!
